Training to Create Inspired Leaders

What kind of impact is your use of force training creating for your students?

When we get the opportunity to train students in physical skills we have an obligation to go beyond just those skills.

We need to take advantage of the opportunity to impact their lives by asking tough questions, giving honest feedback, and creating a culture of training the whole person.

As you can read in this testimonial, ground tactics was secondary to the leadership virtues this group took away from our three days together.

This is also a great testimonial to the organizational changes we can help create in our "closed" or single agency classes.   In these courses we can get into specifics of policy, SOP's, and training issues of your agency.  Leaving your team of instructors ready to lead, coach, and inspire change!
